I am very happy and thankful for working with Ned Brown for the sale of my mom’s home. Right before the onset of the pandemic I was faced with losing my mom who lived in LA and I live in NY. I am sorry to be so late in putting my praise and appreciation on paper. But the reason I have been able to focus so completely on my journalistic work at this time is because our broker, Ned Brown, did his work so efficiently. He removed all the stress of finding tenants for our upstairs duplex rental unit, understanding intuitively the need for the right match considering we would be sharing our backyard and pool with strangers.
